Who to pick as a recommender?

Guys, need some help with choosing a 2nd recommender. (in addition to the direct boss)

I work in Marketing.

A. Sales Director from another business unit, knows me well, willing to help, we worked directly on a project together. Not good education background.
B. Senior Vice President of Marketing, the leader of our department, knows me through other people, willing to help, very good education background.

I basically will work with them to talk about my essays, my goals and the things I want
