High range of OG 12 practice questions vs real GMAT

I was wondering if anyone with experience can reply, do I need to be able to solve the high end of questions easily to target 680-700?
Examples for PS: 170+ DS: 130+
I know some of these might be considered as easy but since people's ideas and skills vary, how does this reflect to the real test?
