If X and Y are integers, then the equation 5x+19y=64 has

If X and Y are integers, then the equation 5x+19y=64 has

1) no solution for x<300 and y<0
2) no solution for x>250 and y>-100
3) a solution for 250<x<300
4)a solution for -59<y<-56

Hi, I tried to slove this by:-

since it is 5x so the last digit will be either 0 or 5 if last digit of 5x is 0 then the last digit of 19y shold be 4 with this i got x as -10 and y as 6 now if the last digit of 5x is 5 then the last digit of 19y should be 1 and 19*9=171 and after subtracting
